Shipping options
Standard Shipping costs US$4.90 for one paid item and is free on orders with two or more paid items. Complimentary gifts do not count toward the two-item minimum. Express Shipping costs US$9.90 and is not included in the free Standard Shipping offer. Rates are displayed in your checkout currency where supported.
Where we ship
We ship to destinations available in our country selector and at checkout, including the United States. Availability may vary by destination and carrier. APO/FPO delivery is available only where supported by the carrier.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During promotions and holidays, processing may take up to 2 additional business days.
Delivery time
After processing, most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier delays or other events outside our control.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order anytime on our Track Order page. Tracking updates can take 2–3 business days to appear after shipment.
Fees and duties
The price you see at checkout is the final price for shipping to the United States. We do not charge any additional fees after checkout. If a carrier ever requests a payment to deliver your Rosa Lovia order, please contact us before paying and we'll take care of it.
Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at support@rosalovia.com and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
